Seems to be very simple @panipoori annam lage but koncham mundu ragi flour and salt veyali. And add ghee. If u r longing for it can see this and make. I will make it too this weekend.

@panipoori hoysala in New Jersey. Kannadiga food. They don’t add rice or add very little rice. Ragi mudde and sambar is good over there.
