Nannu adigithey both NGO's and political parties should have same law to scrutinise their foreign funding.  of course its not possible i dont see any another party coming to power other than these two parties. Looks like this bill is going to stay

NGO's are equally important...they do a lot of work, mostly good one but recent past la especially India la remittance laws weak, tax heavens nundi transactions are being monitored ...hawala okate kastha safe and secure method vunde kani Modi gadi debba ki hawala almost crippled...edo smaller amounts la nadustundi but bigger players have been hit by this..

Then people discovered these NGO's fund transfer method...no questions asked..and India lo ie laws kastha weak...
