Naa juniors both working for same team, same client same employer one guy got 2 and half years approval when filed in regular another guy got RFE with exact same paper work. Ela justify chestav we case? 

Single RFE lo asked following question  This RFE  came this week  If you want I can share his contact details and you can talk 

1) Speciality occupation 

2) Employer-Employee relationship 

3) How many employees working same job title from the employer 

4) What is the actual code he is writing for this project 

5) Which filed in the Education covered this specific job duties 

6) What is the product you are doing for the client

denial is not final kada man andharu MTR file chestunnaru kada by stats yes but how many people really going by just because it’s denied?

I doubt you call this speculation at this point. Same RFE i mentioned i heard just today from two different friends. One guy works for mestri & other guy works for Prime Vendor OpenSystems

Those cases have no choice but they have to go out of country& file new one. Naa friend Kentucky lo same aithe he left his wife & daughter he stayed one month in india & filed new petition & came back. Now this was in 2018 & they accounted this in your 100k list of denial but he came back. So what did they really achieve by wasting other than money & peace of mind?

I read a story. Some Paki guy, born in UK, briitsh citizen, came here on h1b. Then got green card through employment. A few years later, USCIS send a notice to revoke his gc. Basically, his first mesthri was arrested.

Their immigration system is jacked up & gov can’t have a control but they again fund new organization to investigate. intha lolli chese kanna poor countries (when compared to US) like Aus & canada has better system & they can centralize the immigration and allow merit based and stop penalize poor people came here for work or if they hate immigrants simply shut down the d a m n program altogether
