H1 & H4 Transfer need info

hello friends, 

planning to transfer H1B to different employer,  my sposue has valid H4 EAD till 2021 (which was approved through previous employer)

my current employer did not file H4 for my  he said she has valid H4 EAD till 2021 , my future employer saying we need to file for her along with H1B transfer.  can you please throw some lights on this

Yes, whatever your new employer said it true, when you transfer your H1-B your I-94 will be changed from whatever you have currently. So your dependents should be carried along with the new H1-B. They cannot hold an outdated H1 end dates and you cannot be on your own. Just think.
