President Trump lashed out at Carmen Yulín Cruz, the mayor of San Juan, calling her "crazed and incompetent" after Senate Democrats blocked a disaster aid bill over lack of funding for the island.

he is spot on about PR.. I had a couple of colleagues from PR who used to tell me about the corrupt govt.. this was long before Trump came into picture... that place is a BIG mess & everyday thousands keep moving out.. mostly to Florida...
