Internal politics will continue to prevail regardless of immigration status. We are only getting know because we know someone in that space. Without them Americans are doing it. Maa Team lo American vendor he only hires Americans and he is doing exactly same like any other vendor does like monopoly and bring their race. So mana vallu cheyyadam no big deal.

Desi lu apply chesthe that vendor straight away reject chestadhu. Same company lo another american vendor will hire desi’s more because he wants to make money. So company to company change avvudhi

Lot of people in the DB doesn't want to admit but it all comes down to numbers. The American vendor I was talking he can't do a project less than $120/hr per resource. The another American vendor does $80/hr per resource and client is very happy. So why is there a debate about immigration status for client? They don't give a $hit about anything apart from the savings. Only those who aren't capable cry while corporate worrying about next quarter numbers.

Blind theory, just look at manufacturing, people want to create something and able to mass produce/scale they don't really look into the ethical part. Here is where everything changes like Labor department, insurance, human rights, civil right, data privacy, tokka tolu ani. All these are bi-products when you generate income. Neeku business ivvakapothe? Who is there to enforce the rules? And enforce on what? If I am the creator and I get pissed off and ready to move out who is going to lose? As a creator I don't give a $hit about anything else other than my own product. I'm not arguing to your points the perspective is whole new level and that rules everything. All of us are just goats to follow those rules.
