Still bachelor, 27 age. ee H1 extensions talakainoppulu chustonte ikkada situation erojo repo anatu undi. So, r2i in inevitable anipistondi. So, ee time lo unna savings ni ila apartment konandam better option ah or any investments? Naku apartment revenue generating purpose kadu. US lo undagane I want to make sure I plan for shelter & health insurance & some emergency fund before I r2I.

If you or your family already have a decent place to stay back home, try investing else where like pick up price of land, plot or perhaps buy shares...

If you do not have a decent place to stay, like you said these H1b extensions and uncertain, You need to have a permanent address where you can can live for a while or solve your housing needs atleast for medium term...

Remember, even before investment you need to set things right, the basic needs first and when you fulfilled the basic needs, hit upon the investment road aggressively....

You are 27, even if you buy a home now, you should be able to completely own by the time you turn 29-30....and you have rest of your life to invest

Hitech city or Gachibowli ki 10kms range lo, single building apartment lo flat theeskunte u will save money, get decent rents and have a place to stay in case you r2i. 40-45L ki ravochu 2 bedroom flats. Gated communities, high rise anukunte u will end up spending 70-80L, paying unnecessary charges for things that your tenants will enjoy.
