Nope bro. Tanaku alanti expectations emi levu. We both discussed all these aspects already.  Only thing is locality. Nenu apartment for long term living teskunte obviously will go with her preference.

Concentrate on tier 2 cities vaa you will get in low budget and returns will be good after 5 years.. do not expect any return in first 4 years..
