A popular video game called Pub G has been on headlines for quite some time now as it is said to be highly addictive in many countries, especially among students. The World Health Organization has officially confirmed it as a mental health disorder too. Yesterday, a tenth class boy, Sambasiva, allegedly took his life after his parents scolded him for playing PUB G in spite of having an exam the next day. The incident took place in Malkajgiri area in Hyderabad.

Sambasiva is the son of Bharat Raj and Uma Devi, living at Vishnupuri colony in Malkajgiri. The 16-year-old was supposed to write his last SSC exam today. Going into details, his mother saw her son playing Pub G during his study time and she scolded him. Sambasiva got depressed and walked away towards his room.

Later, the boy was found lying unconscious on the floor by his parents. In spite of taking him to the hospital, he was pronounced brought-dead by the doctors. Cops believe that the boy has hanged himself with his towel and the case has been registered on the same.
