They only think North is only part of India and not South. but we give more revenue than all those North states to the govt.

its not bjp or congress who decides on funding. there is a formula and govt follows it. 

its based on what schemes the govt announces. a welfare scheme for below poverty category ofcourse north will get more funds as poverty in south states is less comparatively
