Carrying total 4 iPhones to India, does I face any issues at customs??

Hello,

i will be leaving to India next week and I brought total 3 iPhones for my cousins ( 1 new, 2 refurbished) .Along with my phone, I will be carrying  total 4 iphones.i am in dilemma if I need to pay any custom duty for other 3 phones that I am carrying. Travel experts any suggestions?

never had any issue, if you put them in pockets

after collecting the baggage.. look for a white 'X' mark on your suit cases.. wipe them out ..before going through the customs.. it is always a lottery.. if they open your stuff.. yes you will be asked to pay the duty or some 'fine'.. keep some ($5/$10 s) change for that..

My friend carried 6 Iphones, 4 Ipads last November from Chicago to HYD. He didn't face any issues. But it all depends on your luck.
