50-75 lacs ki ammuthunnaru. Prices vary depending on following:

1. Pachayat or Municipality approved layouts.

2. East Face or Non-East facing.

3. Corner Plot or inside plot.

It's a syndicate. Everybody sells the houses in that layout for similar prices. +/-1 Lac same prices untayi so it doesn't matter whom you buy from.

obvious ravu...evaru sepindi neeku vastai ani?..and it depends on the road access and the plot dimensions as well..and the norms will be calculated in mtrs..0-100 oka lekka..100-300 oka lekka and 600-800 or 1000 oka lekka
