About 1300-1350 per square feet is the average cost of construction with modern bath fittings, average floor like 2X2 marble or tile flooring, single floor with about 500 sft frontal and back yard land scaped, finished terrace, 10 feet steel gate, moderate kitchen with tile walls and vineer/pre fabricated wood work etc will cost you around 1300-1350 Rupees/Sft. 

If it’s duplex, the cost of construction will go up by anothe 50 rupees. 

If you want it to upgrade to 5 feet X 2 feet marble flooring with exclusive bath fittings like jaguar or kohler, modular kitchen with fittings and exhaust, LED lightning, False ceiling and ducts for Ac’s, centralized ducts for AC in the common areas, etc then it would cost about 1800 rupees per square feet...and if its duplex, the cost increases by another 50 rupees.

rural areas la sastha la sastha 800 varaku aipotadi...kani quality of construction kuda atlane vuntadi kada mari...
