it does appear to be like that...if im not wrong oka 1000-1000 sft built up...single floor..5 foot gate..average bathroom...must be either 1x1 tiles or 1x1 marbles, no false ceiling...as single floor kabatti structure mida baaga save ayivuntadi..iron tmt,cement etc..single floor kabatti basement and foundation mida kuda baaga save ayivuntadi...frame cost takuva vuntadi...so..yes, possibility is that the cost of construction is less than 15 lakhs...

Vallu Material ki X Rs. pedatha antaru. For Eg: Bathrrom lo sink ki upto Rs. 5000 antaru. You can choose a different quality and the difference you will either pay or you will get refund.

 

Hyderabad lo only masonry contract work evvaru cheyyatledu baa. We stopped doing that few years ago because of losses. Only Material contracts now. We are planning to stop that also and concentrate only on Small ventures. Masons dorakatledu ippudu.

Ippudu Ghatkesar side chesthunnaru. LB Nagar side just one ki building mostly cheyyaru. But I can ask.

Piece of Advise baa. Manchi contractor dorikithe nee house 50% ayipoyinatte. Lekapothe mental tensions. Also price per sq/ft daggara ekkuva alochinchaku and don't pay too much ahead of time to the contractor. 40 years industry maa nanna ke panga naamalu peduthunnaru.
