Piece of Advise baa. Manchi contractor dorikithe nee house 50% ayipoyinatte. Lekapothe mental tensions. Also price per sq/ft daggara ekkuva alochinchaku and don't pay too much ahead of time to the contractor. 40 years industry maa nanna ke panga naamalu peduthunnaru.

No....they will charge you extra for interior design.....if its 3 bedroom and you want  cupboards it costs you around 7-10 Lakhs...it covers everything(Kitchen, Bedroooms, Hall, Drawing Room,...)

Plot value ni gumpulo govinda chesesav ga. 3-4 times profit evadiki radu.

Recent ga sale chesina house details: Bought plot for 23 lacs, Construction 18 Lacs ayindi. Interest 4 lacs on investment. 1 Lac Home Automation. Total 46 Lacs ayindi. We told 60 Lacs, customer said 55 Lacs. We sold it for 57 Lacs.  11 Lacs profit.

We could have sold it 55 Lacs during Plenth Beam phase to avoid interest but we preferred 57 lacs after completing. Early ammithe konna vaadu naaku adi kaavali idi vaddu ani chiraaku dobbisthadu. Anduke finish ayina tharvatha aithe emi undadu.

Lets say you bought 500 gajalu for 50 lakhs 

indulo 5 floors padatai with 2 2 bed in each floor 

total 10*18 = 1.8 + 50 (land) = 2.3C

apartment price = 10* 50 = 5C 

Investment double aindi kada
