developer ki isthe better man. 500 sq yars loyou can build G+5 floors. you will get 3 apartments

Builder ki enta avtadi for whole project for these 12 apts ? 

Building cost any area same untada ?

Depends on builder and quality. And terms are negotiable like how much you want to demand and if the deal works for the builder or not.
