Naaku doubt endnate 2019 quota ne fill kaledani. Or 2019 quota rfe processing is still going on.

2019 quota: initial approvals 33366, initial denials 15345. Ikka non profit cap-exempt included.

total: 48711

I think the recent data hub data doesn't include 2019 Jan to March.

FY 2021 policy : (a) companies/petitioners should register the names of beneficiaries (mana janaalu) with USCIS; (b) USCIS selects petitions in a batch mode; (c) each batch is invited to send I-129, LCA, evidence and fees (less work for  l kodukulu like @rahulreddy and other scummy lawyers); (d) as USCIS keeps denying some applications, they will invite another batch to apply to fill those slots.

I think FY 2019 data gives us a semblance of an answer to this policy. 2019 total initial approvals and denials = 48711 (subtract non profit H1s from this list). What happened to another 40,000 visas in FY 2019? I know at least one employer, who just abandoned RFE's.  They resumed Premium for FY 2019 on Jan 25, 2019. So, we don't know the fate of other petitions from Fy 2019.
