venaki thiriginapudu patesinatu ayindi apati nundi nopppi , chiropractor gadu emo i adjusted ribs kani it takes time adi id anadu, gaali pilchina noppi vestundi? continuous and sever pain. massage helps?

Nothing to worry about these..Assuming you sit long time do following things

1)ICE pack pettuko back evening time until pain tagge varaku

2)Walk or stretch in office every 20-30 mins

3)foam roller meedha  exercises cheytam (youtuvbe lo tonns of videos vuntai)

4)upper back strengthening exercises cheyali when possible

5)do whoe body stretchs everyday..

6)chiro will help in adjusting..

Nidra Lo patti uddochu maybe it will naturally go away ! Other things enti ante indigestion and gas wala kuda u will have that sort of pain try Tums and eat carb rich meal
