Most Indians are better than FT Americans (who work for decades but do not improve their skills). Americans are mostly generalists doing admin work, managing stuff, etc. and have very mediocre, below-average skills because most of them are not cut out for IT.

Many Indias are nerdy and tough and we have the advantage of no language barriers but we need to become quality-conscious, detail-oriented and document code in a better way. Don’t stop learning, improving and specializing.

People from Ireland, Philippines, China, Russia, etc. are tough too. FYI, in Philippines, people don't get admission into colleges unless they score more than 95% in their school - they can only get admission into vocational courses. They are very competitive.
