AP New Chief Justice Vikramnath

Andhra Pradesh High Court appointed Justice Vikram Nath as the Chief Justice. The Supreme Court collegium decided to finalize his name. Currently, he is on duty for the Allahabad High Court as a judge. On the first day of the new year, the Andhra Pradesh High Court was informed that he is appointed as the new CJ. The first Chief Justice of the newly formed AP High court has appointed Justice C. Praveen Kumar on a temporary basis. He is now replaced by Justice Vikram Nath by the Collegium.

 

Justice Vikram Nath is currently a senior judge in the Allahabad High Court. On September 24, 2004, he was appointed Additional Judge at the High Court. In 2006 he was appointed as a permanent judge. He will be in service till September 23, 2024.
