Most of the rejections are for Witch companies, Cap Gemini, Deloitte etc. Like 50 to 60% rejection. Maa company lo TCS vallu sagam mandi lechipoyaru since last year, went back to India.. Mestrilaki around 10 to 20% rejection rate.. WItch 50 to 60% Average 33%

If you are hired here they start with min 80-90k depends on experience + benefits it's not a bad salary. Min $10k insurance coverage cost untadhi + $1-$7k location allowance untadhi, I'm only talking base salary.

Of course, USCIS won't have any legal authority, if whatever laws Congress has passed are rules-like. But they are not like that. Most of laws are passed like standards, and executive bodies (regulatory agencies like EPA, USCIS, FTC) are given huge discretion to fill the gaps in laws created by Congress.  

Many have taken these agencies to Courts for using their discretion. Often times, SCOTUS has given deference to these executive bodies; that's called Chevron defense. 

There are two ways to take on the executive: (a) discretion is abused (one and the same standard has not been applied across the board); (b) policies should stay static and set in stone.  On these broader counts, I am not so sure whether one can win against these agencies.

How about applications that were approved based on one standard, but whose renewals are denied based on a different standard? This is where one can appeal to courts on case-by-case basis.  That's another reason why USCIS is not denying renewals/initial petitions by companies like Microsoft (a huge H1b employer among all the crowd). 

 WITCH companies and mesthris can't take on USCIS, because their applications  have OTHER problems if USCIS want to take a deeper look. And @rahulreddy (rahul venkat, VR LAW college Nellore graduate from Houston) wants to milk more money from IT serve, so he feeds lots of non sense to mesthris)

H1-B datahub doesn't say this. Only Initial petitions are being rejected given the volume they file kani WITCH companies lo US lo join aithe much better than going with mestri
