I don't think so. Rejection emo kani, RFE is very usual and i know it's terrible but nothing to be worried/panic. Wage level 4 unte sure shot approval vastadhi ani rule kuda ledu. The most funny thing is, cases on what basis adjudicate chestunnaru ani no one can tell. It's not possible to work for END CLIENT for every single person. If the @USCIS criteria is to approve only those who work for end client, then why even outsource or have vendors provide services? Why can't clients open up all positions? Ultimately every single person working for a end client who is the actual beneficiary but they are using vendors to avoid additional responsibilities to own a employee. So @USCIS need to make their heads straight and adjudicate the cases on certain criteria so that we don't waste time.
