PERAM GROUP Scammers

Friends,

If you have booked a plot through PERAM group and waiting for registration, you are most probably scammed. It happened to me personally and also for many others. They will show you a premium plot in the front to book and force you to pay 25% advance and will give you all the documentation related to that plot. But when you go for registration, they will tell you some story and change your plot and will give you a plot that is far away from the original plot you choose.

BEWARE of these scammers and spread this message.

These scams have been run by so many people in AP for the last 30 years. There is a guy called Siva Reddy. This guy even had then PM PV Narsim Rao to lay the foundation stone for a cement factory in Panyam, AP. This Siva Reddy became so wealthy due to scams similar to PERAM group.  Many people from my village joined that company as salesmen. That's how I heard of the scam when i was a kid.

 

 

The formula:

Hire lots of salesmen

Have them sign up lots of deals

Give salary and good commission

Tell every prospective buyer that the property is just near major city, when in fact the said property is 100 kilo meters away.

After 5 installments, buyers know of the scam and stop making payments. So, the real estate company makes a killing.

Even these Shilpa Nagi Reddy, etc ran similar 'scams'.
