• Those who go outside of country and never Vote..
• Those who feel election day as holiday
• Those who say india will not change until change comes from people..

Neutral are the genuine bunch, They vote irrespective of party,caste religion, money etc.  CBN baga cheste neutrals will vote for him, Jagan cheste jagan ki veestaru, iddaru yedavalu aite 3rd option or independent ki vote vestaaru. Desam paakistan laago africa laaga venakapadaledu ante daaniki kaaranam these so called neutral.

Yes cbn chala panchadu i agree. PK cm aithe better or altleast if he gets enough majority to decide governments.
