Looks like TDP & Media overview the EVM issues. Basically they didn’t want voters to come to cast their vote.

Dwivedhi confirmed only 25 cases are pending and polling happening state wide.

Around 35% polled by noon.

Not much progress... around 34-36% by 1 PM. I don’t think we are going to meet even last year’s turnout. Even 70% might be a stretch at this rate with only 4 hours left.
