We all know/study that EC is an independent body. But we don't know how the Government influences the EC and their constraints. It's like complaining the Government is not doing their job without recognizing their constraints.

India gurinchi tappu kaadu bro .... I am an INDIAN.....  kanisam tappu jarugutundi ani point cheyali kada... to correct it ... Not that i am able to correct it .... They should have make a proper system.... Vote is a basic thing the Government has to provide its people .... which ever party is in ruling....
