Edited my first post bro. H4 I-797 avasaram ledu H4 stamping ki. They need H1B approved person I-797A number. Got visa and entered into usa with Online cbp I-94

stamping saripotadi anukunta.. first time after marriage ..apply chesinappudu eda untadi H4.. just stamping ee kada

First time telusu bro. This is not first time. Okasari usa lone extend kooda chesam I-539 H4 ki previously. Dani tarvata malli ippudu.  stamping padindi and she came back and she has valid I-94 now. Next time H4 extension I-539 apply chesinappudu visastamp, I-94(cbp online) tho patu H4 I-797 adugutara ani Question.  Logical ga think cheste ayithe avasaram ledu and I-94 valid unte chalu
