We usually do a make your own pizza. I oven bake the naan and have a bunch of stuff with it, grilled paneer, veggies, cheese and toppings (you can use green peppers, black olives, corn, carmalized onions, and really whatever you want). You can have a bunch of dressings too, mayo, ketup and whatever sauce you want (I sometimes use the curry sauce from Safeway) It's pretty much a fool proof recipe. You can't go wrong with it.

I do this when we have parties/potlucks usually. Not an everyday thing.
