Why some desis put on weight soo quickly in US? Any suggestions on loosing weight

zero carbs em kadhu. Low carb and below 1200 calories diet. Kind of intermittent fasting kuda.

No rice, wheat. cut down sugar and salt ( you will stop automatically after some days )

Eat grilled or raw veggies , chicken breast and salmon fish. 

Milk is overrated, stop drinking..some yogurt or ghee is okay.

You are the only person that can understand your body. 

Start very basic and slow. Make it a practice. Dont expect results overnight.

Change simple habits like - 

Drinking water, eating small snack every 3 hours at least. 

eat bigger breakfast,medium lunch, smaller dinner

office lo phone meetings unte kaasta desk lo nadustoo matladu, wash room - use the one that is farthest. desk daggara lunch tinesi oka small walk ki vellu.

ee walking process lo phone matladaku, job ki bokka pade avakasalu untayi. 

Ivanni cheppadaniki chala easy, implement cheyyadam nee discipline meeda depend ayyi untundi. 

you will feel slightly better/comfortable after couple weeks. inka diet, exercise ivanni puranam cheppe vaalla laaga kaakunda neeku edi veeluga untundo adi practice cheyyi
