Em kadu first ask him to not panic he will be put in jail and bail bond to bayatiki vastaru and he has to do community service and report back once done. Meanwhile India ki pokunda unte manchidi  till case is closed and updated to border control velthe matuku POE lo they will send back. 

My cousin was deported this way a decade back exact same case. He did community service and all but border control ki edo update cheyali he didnt and came to India. Back ohare lo deported. Immediately contact a lawyer.

back then my junior was in similar situation 13 years ago...he is all good till date he plead guilty, paid fine and walked away...
