If you will be settling in india in future, then yes but otherwise waste bhayya. Investment ki teesukunna kuuda property value increase avutunattu dollar kuuda increase avutundhi. Nee money india lo stuck ayi potadhi if you have no plans to settle in india.

I bought properties in india when dollar was at 45-50 rupees. Property value perigina kuuda now dollar kuuda almost same rate lo perigindhi.
