Agreed. Construction quality has decreased a lot because of all bacha builders started building to cash on the Real Estate boom. So Investing on Apartment is not a good idea.

My cousin bought apartment with small builder few years back , And so many repairs already. Rent money lo major part daanike pothundi. Plus all the time effort we need to spend to get the issues fixed

Ya All new apartments construction quality is worst. Konna 3 years tarvata kanabadtay starting from water from ceiling in garage and cracks in garage pillars and flats lopala raka rakalu. Patio door ani glass sliding door ichi paisal save chesukuntunnaru bricks, cement, sand vi. 

Monthly 10k rent vasthe 7 years lo 8 Lakhs almost anuko affer repairs. 7 years tarvatha used broken flat ni evaru konadaniki ishtapadaru so not sure 40L invest chesi 2 Br konte break even vastademo ammuthe
