Citi group/JP Morgan lo India lo hiring 18L istaru but anni companies lo ivvaru kada. Almost US nunchi velthe some companies pay as much as 33L/year but that isn't a hard rule that everyone gets. Na friend master chesi he moved to India because his mother is alone so to support her. He gets at max 12L/year now. You are only looking at subset of people and assuming grass is always green.

Us lo same routine job chesthu for yrs kontha mandhi ela establish aipoyaro, ind lo kuda alane untaru chala mandhi, obvious ga companies will exploit such employees

ind lo u have to keep moving atleast during ur early days, ledu ante mathram u better not complain about ur salary

every 2-3 yrs ki job change aithe .. initial 8-9yrs of one's IT career .. definite ga package will be above 15L for sure ..
