From what I have seen in cases online.... after the letter you will get it in 2-3 weeks

Last job ended + H1B 3 years complete.

We didn't want to apply H1B extension & decided to move into H4+EAD due to personal reasons.

usccisss Created SR but for expedite request they need strong reasons like Only working person in family + child medicine etc..
