I don’t plan to set up business right away but on course to quit the IT life for better...

Top priority is to join university faculty as an associate and gradually grow up to Prof. It’s a 4-5 year plan , less pay than IT but that’s what interests me more than money...

This is my target for 2019...by December , plan to quit my IT job and start working towards it
