My field of interest doesn’t need a Ph.d...I don’t plan to indulge myself with graduate studies...

I already have a Master’s and that’s enough to join as an associate, coupled with my work experience.

although every university has its own requirements...Arizona state university, John Hopkins, Kent state , Colorado, etc are bit linient and accept people with work experience and MS degrees to join as associate.

Once you join associate, parallels continue work towards a PH.d if that’s interests and you can earn a Ph.D in about 4-5 years, while working full time...nothing less than a challenge but I feel comfortable there

So what is your visa status going to be H1b ? or  something to get a PhD or you are going to do Part Time PhD... Visa implication ela anedi doubt ....

As an associate professor, you will have opportunity to work at the university as a faculty, as a tutor supporting the professor at the same time, you will have opportunity to won on Ph.d in the same field as designated. It’s a parallel course, nub ph.d ki chadivedi,research chesede ne job...

It has to be H1B...non-profit h1b. 

Technically you will be employed by the university and gaining a PhD is additional perk...

Another business idea: if people like @Android__Halwa can join as adjunct faculty, we can start a non profit university. Start two batches with out accreditation. Ef okati ki dee eh yes nunchi approval tecchukovacchu.
