Almost most distircts are covered and in use over last 8 months 

I will show you none of the 29 villages in Amaravati has this option available. Don't say it covered all dist when it isn't going to every single village in those covered dist. Like Guntur urban ki access ichi Guntur Rural ki ivvakapoyina kuda tick mark pettukuntara?

I am , I am not trying to debate. It appears you are very uncomfortable with this project. 

I am myself network engineer, the way they ran fiber on large scale in limited time is very impressive. Fiber is very very expensive to run , instead of running underground they chose the regular poles . Making distribution, fiber run time very limited. They even provided free WiFi router for each house hold along with cable remote

 

And coming to it's availability it is available in rural villages in guntur distircts as well . I don't know about each and every village in each distircts and it appears you polled every village around amaravati and surprisingly their data center is not far from amaravathi ! 

 

But I can explain it's architecture

In guntur there are 52 mandal pop distributions

In Krishna they have 46 mandal pops

 

They used ring topology where Krishna and vishakpatnam are four way dwdm.

 

From.krishna - kurnool- anatapur- kadapa-chittor- nellore-prakasham - gu tur and back to Krishna

Same between godavari Krishna and vizag hub..

 

While vizaynagaram and rest north of vizag are zonal hub

 

If you want I can poll the traffic from amaravathi zone and let you know what is the current load in the region..only if you are interested.

Jio fiber is awesome man...Like Jio conquered airwaves, Internet ni kuda conquer chesi padestadu...no big deal for him.

More over, AP Fiber grid is Govt operated and will loose the game in no time.

In Hyd, Jio is now working on getting an enitre area connected...especially those high rises and bigger communties, they are offering one line where they can access fiber,voice,TV and Home security....inka services start avaledu kani , this year end lo avutundi..
