vijwada biryani was inented by Chef kuar of Bawarchi Restaruant in Bya area - The idea was to have a bonless check at the same time Spicy with special sauce made by Onion , Carrot and Alphono , Cashew , Poppey Seeds Peppers with All Biryani Spices .

Recent Popularity of Pulav from Orginal Ulavacharu Team in Jubiliee Hills has made some owners to copy them to their menus .

1) Ulavacharu aka(awaravati) soauce biryani which is made from horse gram soup imported from vijawada  ,

2) Ajanta Style Biryani ( Basically like telganda Bagara rice concenpt . but with some modification as needed like add turmetic and tomatos etc depnds who is making , they serve this with curry on top of rice and call it anjanta . pulav , or what ever item they put like avakai gutti vankaya etc etc .

3) Mutton Pulavs - which are Tallapakati with special samba rice , or Guntur pulav , Mastan Biryani etc which is pakki style firt meat is cooked liked curry and raw rice is addedd 

4) Raju Gari Kodi Pula - which is norhing but put all ingridinets in presure cooker and cook it all together . You can call it Kichidi with chicken also . 

5) Fry Peace chieck biryani - This Notign but CHicken fry with bagara rice or Pulav Rice

 

I hope this helps just  check if the restaruant makes the biryani fresh or make to order

bay area lo invented anta ..maakaada adey laagulu vesukunna deggaranunchi thintundey aada sweet magic lo infact chaala chotla but sweet magic dhi famous...

You are right bhayya the one popular in bay area came from those people at Bawarchi ( the team behind it was all from vijawada)  - other forms are already there from long time .

ee form kooda mundhe vundhi baa...maa deggara dhaani spl chicken biryani or boneless chicken biryani antundey...

ikkada famous ayina recipe sweet magic vaanidhi....dhanne ikkada vijawada chicken biryani ani peru pettaru...

People like to eat what they like . They don't ear other items because they don't like or they are full. What's wrong in that?
