Hypertension

I came to know that I'm suffering with hypertension. Anxiety, depression tho patu ippudu naa life lo inko daridram add ayindi. 

Last 1 month ga I was no feeling well. Sare insurance undi ga check cheyinchukundam ani primary care doc degaraku vella friday. I have put on around 20 pounds. Last time I checked was 3 months ago. koncham doubt unde kani mari intha periganani expect cheyaledu. andaru buggalu vochayi..pelli kala vochindi ante blsuh chesi orukunna kani idanamata matter ani ardham ayindi. BP check chesthe 167/132 chupinchindi..fuse lu egiripoyayi okesari. doc said I'm not looking healthy. My skin has lost its glow. Too much tired untunna ee madhyana..always feeling sleepy..prari chinna vishayaniki anxious aipotunna..stress perigipoyi weekly min 2 times aina severe headache vostondi. 

Aipoyinatte anukunta naa life inka. I'm still 27. ippude ila unte inka can;t even imagine how my health would be in coming years. :(

Stop driving everywhere, walk and bike as much as you can. Stop eating before you get full. Reduce sugars. We need to be greatful to our body and show gratitude by taking care of it.

not exactly true baa...naaku madhaylo vacchundey...salt control chesa(mostly bayata food cut down chesa) 

back to normal vacchesindhi...BTW aa time konchem stress lo vundey

more than sugars it's salt kadha baa that impacts our blood pressure

Chill kaka, it’s good that you went for a check up. 

27 and single antunnav kabatti....May be food habits and probably lazy factor could be the main reasons...

like everyone does, nenu kuda oka free advice istha...here it goes.

Outside foods band chey koddi rojulu. Especially fried and stuffed cheese foods. 

Try maximum to eat at home. Cook for your self and eat, it’s an activity itself.

Greens. Make sure greens and fruits form 20% of your diet requirements. 

Daily food oka fixed time ki tini, nidra kuda fixed time ki po....dinner chesi ventane nidrapokunda oka two hours anna gap ivvu

weekly oka 2-3 days aina gym ki vellu...

Sugars should the major source for weight gain. Although people think salts are responsible for hypertension, it is not necessarily the case. Recent research shows it's better to diversify, instead of sodium alone, improve potassium and calcium. Besides, US lo ochi unnavallu usual ga India lo anta salt tiskorani anukuntunna, not sure. I think that this is because of sudden weight gain and stress. Did you get tested for thyroid?

yes. normal ga ne undi..no need to worry annadu. sugars gurinchi cheptonte anipistondi..ee madhya soft drinks ki addict ayyanu..water 1liter tagithe rojuku goppa..either sparking water or coke/pepsi tagutunna..tired ness valla ivi tagutonte office lo kocham alert undi work cheyaglugutunna.
