Aipoyinatte anukunta naa life inka. I'm still 27. ippude ila unte inka can;t even imagine how my health would be in coming years. :(

Medidation laantivi nerchuko, possible go to gym to cut down weight it helps to reduce weight and helps your confidence, try to avoid outside food as much as possible and temple visits ki po if you like them all things will settle down soon, good luck.

make life style changes like exercising,good food and sleep....be active ,make new friends,come to db and actively involve in the discussions, depression and anxiety will go away 

everyone at some point of time will face these kind of issues....Everything can be reversible....you are young and your body will bounce back quickly

lite aye denike tention padithe ela workout on diet and do yoga .... konchamm db ki rakku anni set ayithadi .... take a break go to beach..... enjoy cheyu life nee 27 ke ila ante ela boss

i will say my case.. 27 lo naku kuda undhi bp or hyper tension 140 plus for 8 months i was supposed to take it anxiety and bp medication .... appudu nannu okaru cheat chesaru i was not able to take that  so daily eppudu adey thinking what s the purpose to cheat ani ... tharvtha 6 months ki marriage done... 6 months tharvtha malli chekced teh bp asalu ledhu..... thavrtha doctor cheppadu you are in severe stress at that moment i was keep telling you but you said you are doing good but the results are different ani .... so bottom line enti anaty ... nuvu normal food less salt ...walk daily for 30 mins .... you will be in good condition .... important thing is leave everything at office and go home and enjoy to the core and sleep well ... no STRESS STRESS STRESS ...  naku after 5 years kuda normal undhi with no medication but kodiga peragachu   sometimes thats ok...
