start your day with pranayama and 1 litre of water, go for a a jog/brisk walk, get as much sunlight as possible, sun is the cure for many health issues

cut down all kinds of refined carbs and eat more veggies/fruits that has all colors (blue for bluberries, green for green leaf veggies, capsium 3 colors, etc) make sure to get veggies in all colors of spectrum (7 colors), you will  be back to normal in few months

coming back to hypertensions,  anxiety and hypertension are interlinked, you should be able to treat this condition once you get anxiety under control

check for thyroid levels and vitamin d, low vitamin leads to low thyroid between 26-32 yrs of age, i guess you are in that phase

dont drink alcohol, quit smoking

dont check your phone or do anything that can trigger anxiety, checking FB can also trigger anxiety (em jaruguntundi ani question is useless for the first hour of the day)

some idiots might ask for scientific proof, these are common sense things that anyone should do
