However, it goes by the "Law of Magnetism" and opposite poles attracting each other. If you are shy, someone who is bubbly and outgoing will be naturally attracted by your disposition (and vice-versa). That is a healthy match.

Match between two shy people (nothing much happening) or two social-butterflies (too much happening) is a  mis-match and recipe for disaster.

Opposite personalities balance each other out and result in a romantic relationship and peaceful coexistence.

I’m a slightly reserved guy and get hit on by bubbly girls all the time. Just watch out for the opposite personalities.
