Monna evaro thread vesaru , vere state car meedha tiragocha ani  , Can we actually sell one state car in another state? amme tappudu/trade-in appudu value taggutunda?

aa thread lo taxes etc chala chepparu , want to avoid all those issues , so can I do trade-in etc? any one tried this ? pls help
