The search for the missing cow has roped in the Big Apple. Old Homestead Steakhouse, an iconic restaurant in New York, now has beef with the culprit who stole a 12-feet-by-3-feet plastic cow from Harold Seltzer's Steakhouse in St. Petersburg, FL.
