1250 rent (2 bed) + 50 $ parking + 109 $ mandatory media package + 25 $ valet trash + apt  maintenance etc = 1500 + gas + electricity.

Inka i got special ade apt  rent now it is 1450 $ base rent.

Apt vadu tesukuntadu with rent pay cheyali as they have ports for internet and  provide direct tv media package setup in each apt. Contract undemo when they constructed itself .

TV ney ledu naku its in virginia so use cheyatledu. i dont know em channels vastayo. Internet super fast untundi though. Most apts here have this media package mandatory in SLC area. Konni ayite 180 $ annaru  per month rip off. Separately internet tesukunte cheap ga ayipotundi.

Yeah Nenu xfinity monthly $30 pay chesta 75mbps speed. $100 too much that too tv ne lenapudu.
