My frnd gadu came on l1 and applied gc under eb1 category. Recent ga medicals aipoyayi and submit chesaru . Ead cards anytime ravochu . Payments deggara misunderstandings vochi employer job nundi terminate chesadu last day end of this month ichadu . Ee roje lawyer call chesi gc application withdraw chesukuntunattu cheppindi anta . Employer gadi tho  entha matladina vinatle .. aa option kakunda meku thelisina inka em em options unnayo cheppandi plz urgent .

That's not the real story. Ask your friend the real story. Eb1 la undi, ee misunderstanding gola endi. Chaala mandi slave la kooda untaru eb1 la aithe. Mee vaadu, payments misunderstandings anta, vaadu gc cancel anta. enti muchaatlu.

musukuni h1 transfer pettukuni, eb3 line lo nuncho mani cheppu. i14o can be cancelled before 180 days by employer but not 485 in either case, he cant apply in eb1 again with other employer. so max he can just save the priority date.

As far as I heard l1 meedha 2015 lo vochadu kabatti he doesn’t fall under quota . 6 yrs avaledu kada . Anduke h1 ki pettukovochu anu vinna . Not sure how true it is .

It is not possible. You can get H1 only thru CAP quota
