1. Friend husband came 5 yrs back to US from accenture client Toyota in Torrance, CA.  L1 mida came. Managerial exp obvious undi for 5 yrs in india. Vachina 6 months ki applied for GC and he got GC in 8 months anukunta. 

2. My sisters sister in law husband came to US in 2012. Infosys through H1 and working still for microsoft. Same story became citizen also a month back. 

Both came after me. MS kanna India lo on campus job tesukoni ikkadiki taruvata vaste bavundedi anukunna appudu. Lite em cheyalem lets wait for our day .

Its not adda dari no? They really had international managerial exp and didnt fake documents. Ikkada loop hole kanna tthey paid for their GC managing the company ade vallu chesina fraud when company really didnt intend to do GC.  So technically its not illegal.

So basically you gotta be manager for one year outside USA antena? that's the basic req?

Adda dari kadu as they qualify as per documentation and rules and they were granted as they met the requirement.  manaku ala anipistundi as manam kashta paddam kabatti. Manaku chataite manam kuda tesukovachu who stopped us? Manam qualify kaley as India exp ledu kabatti vallu ayyaru.

for nenu mechanical field lo unna.. naa job heirarchy lo manager ane position ee undadu.. appudu enti paristithi.. dr mayya unnadu 100 citations and phd unte istaru antunnadu.. mari valla paristhithi endi.. when a rule is put it has to be fair.. something is not fair akkada.. ade na point.. sare le u win I lose vadileddam inka
