Yeah but there are clauses no? Its not direct straight forward there as well. EB1 extra ordinary ability self sponsor is not as easy as EB1C .

First andariki phd chese time undali and personal /financial reasons may not enable them to quit job and study. Phd interest kuda undali just status kosam cheyaleru. It isn't as easy as you say it. Anta easy ayite masthu mandi chesevalle including me.

Lol, I never said it's easy. I don't think anyone would do a PhD to get a GC. I think most people get a GC because they did a PhD.

Exactly that was my point too so Phd route is not an option for getting GC . Chesevallaki vastundi and they dont do it for GC.  MS chesi waiting list lo Eb2 vs Eb1c exploitation is what is the topic.
