Yes, you should have direct reports outside US and you have to give your direct report details once you transfer to US.

 technology wise they are not good compare to out side people (american)..... and mostly sukun job ani inkka desila gurunchi teslusu kada .... easy job anesi change avvaru ...... and will starts a mesthri company and partnership .... and hires cheap labours or looks for commision .... okkadi pina $10 to 20 tesukutunaru OPTs/H4Eads pina
