Panner sandwich?

Panner:

Boil 2 litres of milk add a garita of vinegar when milk comes to boiling. Palu virgutayi then oka palchati cotton cloth lo edanta poyandi and running water lo let it drain for 4-5 mins so that vinegar kampu is gone. Now steel cooker lo water poyandi more than half. Oka steel kancham lo e panner which is in cloth gattiga pindi danimida cooker with water pettandi and make it little flat like a cake. Ila oka 2 hrs petti with cloth a panner ni throw it in freezer. Next day remove cloth and you will cake a nice panner cake. 

Sandwich:

Panner ni kosi oka ginnalo pisakandi. Add dry mango powder, uppu, some chat masala, mirchi finely chopped, kothimeeera, finely chopped tomatoes, onions, capsicum and what ever veggies you like and add some pepper too. Edi mixture laga kalapandi.

Bread madhyalo edi petti toast cheyandi. sandwicher maker lekapoyina dosa pan mida bread madhyalo edi pettu atu etu kalchandi and cut into half. Usually kids like this and eat better than regular stuff.  sandwich maker to ayite edges atukuntayi baga so kids ki easy to eat. 

I made this for my nephew and he loved it. Ma akka na deggara nunche nerchukoni (to make Panner i mean)  chestondi now.
